Description:

Role: UNIX Admin (RedHat 8/Pacemaker/EMC/SRDF)
Location: Jersey City, NJ, Houston, TX
Pay rate- $60-65 Visa (USC, GC, GC EAD, TN, H4)

Qualifications:
•Unix expert - 5+ as an admin, RedHat 8 +Pacemaker, be able to handle EMC storage, SRDF for real time data replication
-Daily scrum calls - provide updates, be collaborative and able to drive
-Ongoing project to migrate legacy DB from one data center to another - part of a regulatory requirement - due to required security features
-Tight timeline starting Q1
-Part of build team running tools - communicate w stakeholders on DB team and network team
-Build system, deliver go live
-Already working in Singapore - 2 other regions
-2 rounds of Interview - 1st round - assess expertise, 2nd round 100% tech deep dive in RedHat8, Pacemaker, EMC, SRDF 
-Prefers prior financial services - knows regulatory and controls
-Not looking for Veritas, only Pacemaker/RedHat Cluster (must know what it is, how it works - be a 5 or 6 out of 10)
-Not looking for a storage admin - looking for UNIX Admin 
-If handling AWS storage, would take a look - flex on EMC if they have RedHat Cluster and Pacemaker
-Bespoke Dell servers will host the infrastructure - not cloud.
