Legal status: US Citizens/GC who can travel to Canada or Canadian who can travel to US.
Location: Houston, TX
Preferred Full time /Contract to Hire.
Duration: Long Term
Interview Process:  2 video rounds.

We need a consultant that knows JDE HR and hands-on US and Canada Payroll is mandatory.
•	10+ years of JDE HR Payroll experience.
•	JDE HR & Payroll modules viz. Time and Labor, Benefits Administration, Leave Management, etc
•	Support US Payroll and Canadian Payroll.
•	Minimum of 8 years of experience as a business analyst.
•	Proven experience running and supporting JDE payroll and timekeeping.
•	Experience troubleshooting program bugs.
•	Supporting and troubleshooting post go-live issues.
•	Implementation and support projects
•	Strong understanding and testing of Oracle patches that are released.
•	Prevalent IT methodologies, management practices, architectures, system development lifecycles and best practices.
•	Strong analytical ability.
•	Expertise in both business and configuration knowledge for functional areas.
•	Strong communications skills, including presentation and facilitation ability. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
