Detailed JD 	Primary Skill: 
• Oracle VCP – Demantra
• Oracle VCP – Advanced Supply Chain Planning

[Should have complete knowledge on Collections, Data Security, Work Flows, Demantra-Demand Management Worksheets, Managing Exceptions, Configuring Worksheets, Configure to Order-CTO Demand Planning, Interaction with other modules, Publishing to ASCP, Troubleshooting issues, etc.

Defining and Managing CTO Based Demantra Worksheets, Forecast Decomposition, Simulating Forecast, Interaction with other modules, Shape Demand of Option Items 

Detailed Job Description:            
•	Strong experience in Oracle Value Chain Planning modules, having done at least one end to end implementation.
•	Good have experience on Demantra, Demand Planning.
•	Project experience: Roll outs, Enhancements, support.
•	Good knowledge of Supply Chain related business processes and Oracle configurations / functional setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional interfaces for Oracle Cloud EBS
•	Good Functional experience on Requirement gathering, solution designing, Testing, Implementation and Support processes.  
•	Understanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment procedures
•	Experience with gathering user requirements, understanding and interpreting requirements specification.
•	 Ability to analyze, trouble shoot and effectively communicate functional details to end users in their issues
•	Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution
•	Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
•	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•	Strong written and verbal communication skills
•	Must have hands on in support, enhancement project
•	Should work in US-UK overlap shifts. Should be ready to work in Support and Enhancement project.
•	Should be leading team
