Title: L2/ L3 Support with AWS/ Azure

Location: Berkley Heights, NJ (5 Days Onsite – No Remote)

Job Description:

·         At least 2 plus years of AWS cloud application support experience with EC2, Load balancer, Autoscaling, AMI, Elastic Beanstalk, S3, VPC, RDS- (MySQL Arora) services

·         At least 2 plus years of experience in Unix/Linux, Oracle, Scheduling tools, Java and Apache or Nginx.

·         At least 2 plus years of experience in L2/L3 production support activities, application/platform monitoring, incident/change/problem management

·         ITIL certification is a plus.

·         Experience with enhanced monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, DynaTrace and MoogSoft will be preferred.

·         Hands on experience with incident/change/problem management and ticketing tools like Service Point, Remedy, CA Service Desk etc.

·         Ability to work in team environment.

·         Experience to work in a Global Delivery Model.
